Why are we being sued?

“Century Arms alleges that it acquired trade dress in its March of 2018 acquisition of US Palm. Century Arms specifically alleges the “waffle” and “tread” pattern on the MAG47 and the “three dimensional shape” and “speckled pattern” on the side of the grip they refer to within the lawsuit as the “XTech Grip” infringe on the said acquired trade dress from US Palm.”

Century Arms International alleges two products XTech Tactical offers are infringing on their common law trade dress.
